Lapine Premium FAQs

1) How does Lapine identify the newest and most desired consumer products for premium use?
The world of premium products is fast moving and constantly changing as new products are brought to market. Consumer electronics and other categories introduce new products in 6 month cycles or less. At Lapine, we constantly update our premium inventory to reflect new and premium products. We do this by attending dozens of trade shows around the world that focus on many different product categories.  Our membership to many industry associates such as the International Housewares Association, the Consumer Electronics Association, and more keeps us on the front end of industry trends.  Our client services team is dedicated to scanning the marketplace for the most creative solutions to meet our customers' needs. 2) I've never designed a premium program.  How do I start?
Premium products may be as simple as a single product for a particular event or award, or an entire range of products designed for high impact results from dealers, employees, or re-sellers. Each premium program is unique, and should be as customized to your company's needs as possible. Contact Lapine today for help planning, creating and delivering your new premium product or program.

3) How is Lapine Premium different from other Premium suppliers?
Whereas many premium product suppliers may offer a narrow range of products or services, our customers depend on us to support the vast majority of their product and program needs.  With services as vast as fulfillment to global sourcing and product development, there's very little that we're not capable of doing.  These services coupled with the finest brands in the marketplace make us a unique and indispensible resource.

4) What is the difference between promotional items and premium incentives?
Promotional items are products with your logo, address, contact info or other information imprinted or engraved on them, and may be sold or given away.   Premium incentives are products and services used to reward employees or customers for performance goals or personal recognition.   While promotional items are occasionally used as premium incentives, it is more popular to use well recognized brands for premium use.
