Mark joined Lapine in 1964, two years after his father founded the company, making him the company's third employee. From day one, Mark was involved in all aspects of the business. He has literally worn every hat in the company over his 40 plus years of service, cheerfully and enthusiastically, and has a wealth of amazing stories and business insights to share.
Today, Mark's involvement reaches to all aspects of the business and he leads the company's Board of Advisors. Mark believes that the values of integrity, honesty and hard work that Lapine was founded on, continue to serve as the foundation for the customer and factory relationships that will define the company's future.
Noah Lapine, President
Since joining Lapine in 1996, Noah has worked in all areas of the business. He has served as an account manager for retail and premium customers, managed both sales divisions and also helped launch the company's global sourcing arm. As president, Noah, along with his brother Seth and cousin Paul, represent the third generation working in the business. Prior to joining Lapine, Noah served for two years as a teacher in the Americorps funded program, Teach for America, teaching 7th grade English and science in rural Georgia.
He graduated cum laude from the University of Rochester in 1994 and received his MPA in public policy in 1999 from New York University’s Wagner School of Public Service as a Dean’s Scholar. Noah serves on the board of directors for Domus, a Stamford-based not-for-profit organization offering family and educational services to the city’s neediest families. He is also a member of the Young President’s Organization.
Jim Collins, COO
Jim joined Lapine in 2007 and brings over 25 years of executive manufacturing, supply chain, sourcing, logistics, and IT experience from a broad range of industries: grocery distribution, specialty chemical, power generation, and aircraft engines. Previous executive postings include General Electric and Daymon Worldwide. At Lapine, Jim oversees and directs the strategic and day-to-day operations of the business including: purchasing, inventory management, warehousing, global logistics, customer service, human resources, information technology, and administration. Jim is an engineering graduate from the University of Bridgeport.
Paul Stuken, CFO
Paul brings a wealth of corporate, legal, and financial management expertise to his role as CFO for Lapine, and joined Lapine in 2004. He has more than 25 years of experience in both the public and private financial sectors, from his early work experience as a CPA and tax expert to more recent long term positions as COO of two major NYC law firms.
Todd Bold, Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Since 2004, Todd has helped Lapine customers learn about emerging market trends, competitive market pressures and initiatives, and product development/pricing opportunities to help them increase market share and profitability. He brings an extensive retail and merchandising background to Lapine business development, having worked with such well known companies as Dick's Sporting Goods, the NBA, and World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) over a 15 year period in product development, licensing, merchandising, retail sales, allocation, and forecasting.
Seth Lapine, Vice President, Retail Sales
Seth joined Lapine in 1998 and directs Lapine's extensive retail sales staff and oversees all retail marketing functions. He also directs the sales staff for Lapine distribution lines, and travels frequently within the U.S. and Asia to meet with both manufacturers and customers for all Lapine products and lines.Seth is also a Major in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserves, and served in the USMC on active service prior to joining Lapine. During 2002 - 2003, he took a voluntary leave from his Lapine duties to again serve our country during Operation Iraqi Freedom One. He is a graduate of Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, PA.
Terry Quaranta, Vice President, Premium Sales
Terry Quaranta joined Lapine in May 2007, and is responsible for managing Lapine’s Premium & Incentive sales and client service teams. Terry brings more than 23 years of experience in sales, service, and sales management in the telecommunications and fundraising industries to her role as VP of Premium Sales. Terry works with our sales and client service people to help ensure that our sales process converts to an ultimately satisfied client.
Paul Lapin, Senior Account Manager; Owner
Paul is also a grandson of founder David Lapine, but his family name is Lapin, not Lapine. He works with Premium and Incentive clients to identify market trends, target audiences, and competitive product offerings. He also helps them fine-tune their overall premium strategies for optimal product sales and placement in today's very competitive marketplace. Paul joined the Lapine team in 2000 after a five year stint with CBS Cable (affiliate acquisitions), plus product marketing and merchandising experience with the WWE. He is a 1991 graduate of George Washington University in the nation's capital.
